LIFETIME WARRANTY 

Buying a Kyocera knife is buying for life.  If your knife is chipped or damaged, Kyocera Tycom Corp. (KTC) will repair or replace.  Any knife that is no longer available and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable knife at KTC’s discretion. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser, U.S. residents only.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the knife or accidental damage to the knife.  Small chips and/or broken tips can often be corrected by sharpening.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.  To process your warranty claim, please send your name, physical address, phone number, and the safely packaged knife to:

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND KTC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCT OR RELATING TO ITS QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  KTC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.  IN NO EVENT WILL KTC'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

If there is a problem with your order (you received the wrong product, color, etc.,) Please click here for the information to return the new product. This form is also located on the back of your packing list. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the ship date.
